Hayley Solich is a Western Australia based humorous and professional business trainer, author and motivational speaker. As the Managing Director of Up Front Training & Motivation and the Founder and Chairperson of Women Can International Inc, Hayley has worked with hundreds of Western Australians to improve their lives. The Kaleidoscope Effect Program was born out of Hayley's powerful life story. In 2002, Hayley was heavily pregnant with her fourth child, running a home-based maintenance service with no working capital. She was working long days whilst caring for three children under the age of five. She was tired, stressed out, in desperate financial hardship and following the birth of her fourth child, suffered an emotional melt-down as she was forced to close the family business. Diagnosed with post-natal depression, daily she contemplated suicide. Sitting in a chair, spaced out because of the anti-depressant medications she took for three days, Hayley experienced an epiphany (a sudden intuitive leap of understanding). This moment changed her life forever and she has not been depressed since, despite having to go through other difficult situations including separation from her husband. The secret she learned in that moment is at the core of her seven guiding principles revealed in The Kaleidoscope Effect. It is powerful, simple and yet profound. | |

| Hayley says: "Many people just wander through life, experiencing the same negative outcomes despite their best efforts. I beat depression. I beat financial ruin. I was and am just an ordinary mum who woke up one day and realised just how powerful I was created to be! If I can do it, anyone can. Now walking in that knowledge is like breathing to me. It is only when people tell me, 'Hayley, you're amazing!' that I realise just how much these guiding principles have enhanced my life. They are my winning combination and they can enhance your life too!" | |
